Every Tuesday from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., the Community of Sant’Egidio meets to pray in the Crypt, following a pattern that combines prayer with singing, reading the word and reflection.
It is a prayer open to everyone, a moment to stop from the rhythm of the day and listen and learn from the feelings of Jesus.
Prayer leads to service to brothers, especially the poor, the homeless and the elderly. That of the second Tuesday is dedicated to the sick and the one of the fourth, to peace.
